This program is designed to help you slow down,
reconnect, and learn how to listen.
Your body is constantly communicating with you through sensations, tension, energy, and subtle signals.
Most of the time, these signals are ignored, misunderstood, or overridden by daily demands and mental noise.

By learning to listen to our bodies, we might be able to uncover unresolved emotions, underastand our past traumas, reduce stress, and eventually cultivate a greater sense of well-being.
According to the pioneering work of Dr. Bessel van der Kolk in The Body Keeps the Score, every experience we have, especially traumatic or highly emotional ones, leaves an imprint on the body.
What This Program Is About
The Body Can’t Lie is a guided journey into somatic awareness, the ability to notice, understand, and respond to what your body is telling you.
